Yes, we do offer urgent flower deliveries on select days. However, to ensure the best selection and availability, we highly recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance—especially if you have a specific flower request.
For special occasions, high-demand holidays, and urgent orders, we only accept Omakase bouquet orders. This means our florist will thoughtfully handpick the freshest and most beautiful seasonal flowers for you. You can choose the color theme and budget.
During these peak times, we do not accept specific flower requests, as this helps us maintain both quality and efficiency.
Yes, we accept orders weekends and most public holidays. If there’s ever a day we’re closed or not accepting orders, we’ll announce it in advance via our Instagram Story—so be sure to check there for the latest updates.

All of our arrangements are handmade floral art, and each one is uniquely crafted, so we never make the exact same piece twice.

That said, we always aim for the final result to be 70–80% similar to the reference photo. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

We deliver fresh flower arrangements within Surabaya and surrounding areas only, to ensure the best quality and freshness. Deliveries are made using motorcycles with boxes or cars, depending on the order size.

For artificial and preserved flower arrangements, we offer nationwide shipping across Indonesia using trusted and high-quality delivery services.
